We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible.
