Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

For packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
